system for the storage of light loads and likely large loads,

applications, being totally dismontable wich permits its application

TYPES OF CONVEYORS
■ GRAVITY: Movement of boxes in horizontal form or form a superior level to a inferior level.
■ MOTORIZED: Movement of very long horizontal product or towards the top a one level to another superior.
■ SORTERS: Recieving process, recognize, induce and distribute products of a particular operation.
The gravity conveyor of rollers is the simplest practical, and economical one of all. It provides us the
facility to move material from one point to another utilizing gravity, besides it is a useful working
surface for picking and assemply parts areas.

PUSH-BACK
|
|
|
The Push-Back rack is a storage system that allows for pallets to
be pushed into the rack by using nested carts.
It provides Last In - First Out inventory control and may have
tunnel depths of up to 6 pallet positions.
High density is achieved by needing only one aisle for loading
and unloading. This application is very popular in small storage
areas that require a high density such as freezers.
A variation we offer to the traditional Push Back is our
Push-Flow rack that uses skate wheel rails instead of carts. This

CARTON FLOW
|

It is a forseen rack with wheels. Each module can lodge varias
box from front, bottom and height.
It stores a same article per tunnel or tunnels.
The supplying of this type of rack is achieved from the
front and the resupplying from the back, archieveing the
inventory to be from first-entrys, first-exits.
It is easy to install, low inicial cost, flexible, can
be reconfigurated in a small amount of time, requires very
little maintenance.
